I've always been drawn to leadership — not for the title, but for the chance to rally people around a shared goal and help them see what they're capable of.

Growing up, my parents were small business owners. I learned early that nothing is handed to you and that your results are directly tied to your own effort. That mindset stuck with me. In college, I pursued a business degree while teaching was on the table — but something always pulled me toward real estate.

It took my husband Scott asking a simple question — "If that's what you really want to do, why don't you just do that?" — to finally take the leap. I paused my studies, got my real estate license, and never looked back.

Just two years into my career, I was teaching classes to other agents and advising homeowners through the housing crisis — helping them find solutions and stay focused on their goals during one of the most uncertain times in the market. That experience shaped me. I moved into brokerage leadership, eventually becoming a broker-owner and franchisee, growing a network across the country.

Today, I've stepped back from ownership to do what I love most: working directly with my clients. Scott is now a licensed agent alongside me, bringing over 25 years of construction expertise to every conversation. Together, we give our clients a depth of knowledge that goes well beyond the transaction — from strategy and goal-setting to knowing exactly what to look for in a home.
